I’m excited to share my beachfront home with you! Hammock Paradise is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and even your furry companions. Enjoy private beach access, stunning ocean views from two bedrooms, and ultimate relaxation in the hot tub or one of the three hammocks on the deck.

This home is designed for comfort and coastal living, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you need. Whether you’re lounging on the deck, soaking in the sunset, or exploring the shoreline, I hope you’ll feel right at home here.

Parking

Free parking at the property

You can park in the driveway. You can park under the house, which comfortably fits 2 cars but can squeeze in up to 4. There are 2 additional parking spots in the lot — one to the north and one to the south, closer to the ice cream shops. Please avoid parking near the ice cream shops' spots.

House Rules

No parties or events

Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.

No smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside the property.

Occupancy limit

Overnight guests must not exceed the booking limit. Infants do not count toward occupancy.

No food/drinks in bedrooms

Please enjoy food and beverages in the kitchen, dining, and living areas only.

Dog-friendly (with rules)

We welcome well-trained dogs with fee. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time. We cannot accommodate cats due to guest allergies.

Damage responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

Hot Tub

Your private, ocean-view hot tub is professionally cleaned with oxidizer and bromine before and after every stay.

Sand in the plumbing may occasionally cause sand to settle at the bottom. If you notice anything unexpected, let us know immediately and we'll fix it!
If you are renting for a week or longer, our cleaning team may visit mid-stay to clean. Please expect them or let us know not to come.

Good to Know

Heads Up: As a beachfront home, expect some sand, salt, and occasional coastal insects (mosquitoes & sand gnats at sunset). We clean thoroughly between stays — a little coastal life comes with the territory!

No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property — including marijuana.

Quiet Hours: Feel free to enjoy yourselves, but no loud parties please. Be mindful of neighbors.

Thermostat: We use a smart ecobee thermostat. Please keep AC at 72°F or above, heat at 72°F or below. To hold a temp: tap the display → adjust → tap again → select hold duration.

Common questions about Hammock Paradise

Hot Tub FAQs

Pre-heated: Yes! The hot tub is already heated on arrival. Just lift the cover and enjoy!

Temperature: Recommended range: 95–104°F. Feel free to adjust to your comfort.

Water Quality: Professionally treated with oxidizer and bromine before every stay.

Rules: No glass containers or food in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times.

After Use: Jets off, power on, 95°F, cover closed. Do not turn off completely. Dry off before entering the house

Trash Days

Pickup Schedule: Monday all year round. Plus Friday (trash only) from May 1 – September 30.

Bedding

Leave everything on the bed — messy is good!

Towels

Start the washer. If time permits, starting the dryer too is a huge help!

Dishes & Trash

Start a load of dishes and put all trash in the outdoor bin.

Thermostat

Turn off all lights and set AC back to Heat 65°F / AC 78°F.

Doors & Windows

Ensure all are closed and locked — seagulls don't make good roommates!

Hot Tub

Set to 95°F, leave running, close cover tight, and remove any items around it.

Final Step

Take one last deep breath of ocean air and hold onto those beach memories until next time!
